Amid speculations of a change in Asia Cup 2023 Super Four venues, Team India reached Colombo on Tuesday. The Men in Blue received a grand welcome at the airport.

There were murmurs of a venue shift from Colombo to Hambantota due to constant rain in Colombo for a few days, but it has now been confirmed that there won't be a change in venue.

According to a report in ESPNcricinfo, the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) conveyed to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) that the Super Four matches and the final will be played in Colombo as originally announced.

The PCB has called for an immediate ACC meeting to resolve the issue. India will play its first Super Four game on Sunday against arch-rivals Pakistan.
