World Cup may be a global event but India vs Pakistan game still remains the one to attract maximum eyeballs. Any doubts of which were put to rest on Thursday as all tickets for the much-anticipated clash at T20 World Cup 2022 have already been sold out.
Even additional standing room tickets were 'snapped up within minutes of going on sale', the ICC revealed. The arch-rivals will face off in their opening Super 12s fixture on October 23.
The ICC release further said that 'over 500,000 tickets have been sold for the upcoming mega event in Australia.'
India and Pakistan last met at Asia Cup 2022 and while India won the first game, the Men in Green came up trumps in the second encounter.
