15 runs! 15 runs were all that Sydney Thunder could manage against the Adelaide Strikers in the Big Bash League on Friday, the lowest innings total ever in a T20 match.

The previous record stood at 21 runs which were scored by Turkey against the Czech Republic back in 2019.

Chasing a total of 140 runs, Brendan Doggett's 4 runs proved to be the top score for the Sydney Thunder.

The batting lineup which consisted of world-class batters like England's Alex Hales and Rilee Rossouw only managed to conjure up a 15-run total in the end after 5 of the batters got out on a duck.

Henry Thornton and Wes Agar ran riot on the night as they picked up 5 and 4 wickets respectively, with the Thunder innings all over inside the powerplay itself.
