BCCI president Sourav Ganguly gave a massive update on IPL 2023 on Thursday. While speaking to PTI, Ganguly confirmed the tournament will return to its old home and away format.

In his letter to the state associations, Dada wrote that 'all 10 teams will play their home matches at their designated venues.' IPL was being hosted inside a bio-bubble since the Covid-19 pandemic with all the games before the playoffs last season being hosted in Mumbai and Pune.

But normalcy is set to resume from next season which will give fans throughout India a better chance to cheer for their favourite team.
