.Dewald Brevis has been called up for South African men's cricket team to take on Australia in a limited over series at home.
The 20-year-old batter, who was the highest run scorer at the Under-19 World Cup in 2022, has already played in a number of franchise tournaments, including the IPL, CPL, and MLC, and has finally received a long-awaited call-up to the international team.
Dewald has been called up for both the T20I and ODI series, which are South Africa's only competitive matches before the World Cup in October-November.
