There seems to be no end to Prithvi Shaw and Sapna Gill controversy.
The social media influencer has now filed a criminal complaint against the cricketer from Mumbai and his friend Surendra Yadav before the Andheri magistrate court on Wednesday.
In her complaint, Sapna alleged Shaw and his friend of assaulting and outraging her modesty at a club in Andheri two months ago. The complainant also alleged that the 23-year-old cricketer assaulted her with a bat in February.
Sapna also alleged that Shaw touched her inappropriately when he pushed her away outside the club.
'A medical certificate issued by a government hospital has been annexed with the complaint to support charges against the accused, along which is a vital evident document proving sexual assault,' Gill's lawyer Ali Kaashif Khan said.
