The Mumbai Cricket Association has decided to install a memorial of MS Dhoni's World Cup-winning hit from 2011.

According to a report in Cricbuzz, MCA wants to immortalize the winning six by the former Indian captain and has decided to put the statue right where the six landed in the stands.

Dhoni, who will be at the Wankhede for the game against Mumbai Indians on April 8, will also be felicitated by the Association.

The 41-year-old had thumped a Nuwan Kulasekara delivery for a maximum in the final of the 2011 ODI World Cup to seal India's triumph.
