Marcus Stoinis becomes first Australian international in UAE's ILT20

All-rounder Marcus Stoinis has become the first centrally-contracted Australian cricketer to sign up for UAE's T20 league - the ILT20.

The 33-year-old, who is currently playing the Big Bash League for the Melbourne Stars, will join Sharjah Warriors for the month-long tournament that starts on January 13.

Stoinis will play alongside England's Moeen Ali, Dawid Malan &  Chris Woakes among other international cricketers.
