The much-awaited comeback of Jasprit Bumrah was a treat to watch as India's premier pacer showcased why he is best in the business.
Bumrah who is leading the second string of Men in Blue in Ireland did not look out of touch as he bowled brilliantly in his 1st over after returning from an 11-month-long injury lay-off.
The 29-year-old got hit for a 4 in the first delivery and then in the following balls of the over announced his return by ousting Andrew Balbirnie and Lorcan Tucker.
While Balbirnie was bowled out by the ace pacer, Samson caught Tucker behind the stumps. Although Bumrah did not match his regular 140kmph the stand-in skipper was still lethal as ever which will prove to be a big boost for India ahead of the Asia Cup and the ODI World Cup.
