IPL Auctions 2022: Thala MS Dhoni arrives in Chennai to prepare for mega auctions

Chennai Super Kings skipper MS Dhoni who led the Yellow Army to victory in the last Indian Premier League season has arrived in Chennai ahead of this season's mega auctions which are scheduled to take place on February 12th and 13th.

CSK took to its Twitter to share Dhoni's picture as they informed about his arrival. Dhoni will be there to prepare the team for auctions and is likely be present for the event scheduled in Bengaluru.  

The 4-time IPL champions had retained 4 players last year. Along with MS Dhoni, the team also retained Ravindra Jadeja, Ruturaj Gaikwad, and Moeen Ali.

While Jadeja took 16 crores, Dhoni 12, Ali 8, Ruturaj Gaikwad was retained for 6 crores.
