After a morale-boosting win vs Pakistan, a confident-looking Team India will shift focus to Sydney as they take on the Netherlands in T20 World Cup Super 12 Group B game on Thursday.
Though the Men in Blue are done with the pressure cooker game in the opening match but they aren't taking the Dutch lightly.
Ahead of the clash, bowling coach Paras Mhambrey stated that every game in a tournament like this is important. "Every game from here on is important and every team that is part of this tournament has worked its way up and has done something good and that's the reason they are out here," he added.
The Netherlands impressed in the qualifiers and did well to make it to the main draw. Though associate nations can often spring a surprise but it will be easier said than done against India.
While Virat Kohli once again stamping his authority is a major plus for the subcontinental giants, Rohit Sharma's lean patch is a worry.
Add to that KL Rahul's inconstant run makes the top order a bit wobbly.
The middle order led by Suryakumar Yadav looks rather solid but it's the fast bowling unit which seems India's biggest strength. Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Arshdeep Singh not only picked wickets but proved economical as well vs Pakistan.
Interestingly, this will be the first time India take on the Netherlands in T20Is.
