After a well-deserved break, India's premier fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah is set to return to Team India set up with an added responsibility of vice-captaincy for the T20I series against Sri Lanka.
In a pre-match press conference, captain Rohit Sharma advocated Bumrah in the leadership role and said the pacer has taken his game to the next level.
Rohit further added that vice-captaincy would add more confidence to Bumrah's approach to the game.

Earlier, Bumrah was rested for the West Indies' white-ball series in order to manage his workload ahead of the packed schedule.
Bumrah's presence in the Indian line-up would certainly boost the team's bowling unit during the three-match T20I series against Sri Lanka, starting Thursday in Lucknow.
The remaining two matches will be played at Dharamshala on Saturday and Sunday.
