In what can be a huge blow to Team India, Jasprit Bumrah has left the field after suffering a sprain in his right ankle while bowling in the first innings of the Centurion Test vs South Africa.

BCCI's medical team is monitoring the fast bowler and Shreyas Iyer is on the field as his substitute. Bumrah twisted his ankle in his followthrough and looked in pain. He was looking in a good rhythm and had picked a wicket in his very first over.
