Indian captain Rohit Sharma scripted a world record for the most number of sixes in T20Is during his power-packed knock against Australia in Nagpur on Friday.
Rohit surpassed Martin Guptill's tally of sixes to go to the top of the six hitters chart in T20Is.
During his blistering 20-ball 46*, the Indian captain smashed four sixes and now has 176 sixes to his name in the shortest format.

New Zealand's Guptill is second on the list with 172 sixes followed by Chris Gayle's 124.
Meanwhile, senior batter Virat Kohli is the only other Indian batter who has hit more than 100 sixes in T20Is. As of September 24, Kohli has 104 sixes in the shortest format.
