The BCCI is planning to host a Day-Night Test match vs Sri Lanka in Bengaluru.

According to a report in the Times of India, the board is keen on taking the Test series vs the Lankans to Bengaluru despite the possibility of limiting the venues owing to the Covid-19 wave.

The tour was earlier due to start with the Test series but Sri Lanka Cricket had requested the BCCI to start with the T20I series as it would be convenient for the visiting T20 squad to leave the bubble in Australia and enter the other in India.

However, it's still not clear whether Bengaluru will host the 1st Test, which will also be Virat Kohli's 100th Test.
