BCCI's Apex council to meet on THIS date to discuss Team India's participation in Asian Games

The Apex Council of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will meet on July 7 to discuss Team India's participation in Asian Games 2023 for both men and women.

The BCCI is expected to send its Men's 'B' team and Women's main team for the tournament, starting September 23 in Hangzhou, China.

Another agenda of the meeting will be sponsorship and media rights. The BCCI had announced the release of an Invitation to Tender for National Team Lead Sponsor Rights after Ed-Tech major BYJU's exit.

BCCI will also discuss the playing conditions for the Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Tournament. According to reports, the Impact Player Rule is likely to be addressed during the meeting.
