Rain threat looms over the blockbuster India vs Pakistan clash which will take place on September 2nd at Pallekelle Stadium in Kandy. 

There are strong chances of the much-anticipated game being marred by rain. As per Accuweather, 98% cloud cover is expected and there are 75% chances of precipitation. 

The match will begin at 1 PM local time and 3 PM IST and the hourly analysis on the weather portal shows 64% chance of rain 6 PM onwards. 

Babar Azam's men have won their opener with a humongous margin of 238 against Nepal, and India who are in Sri Lanka will begin their campaign against Pakistan on Sept 2nd.
