Virat Kohli's lean patch with the bat has been the talk of the town for 3 years, the time since he last scored an international hundred.

Despite a lot of cricket pundits analysing what was going wrong with Indian cricket's biggest superstar, Virat and many Indian cricketers often called it outside noise and felt that Kohli was just 1 good knock away from finding his mojo back.

But the wait seemed never-ending. King Kohli took some time off cricket and is now gearing up to make an international return after a month. During a chat with the BCCI, Virat admitted that the break helped him realise that he was trying to fake his intensity a bit.

Virat also opened up about his mental health and accepted that he was feeling 'mentally down' due to the lean patch.
