'A chess grandmaster': Brett Lee hails 'fearless' Suryakumar Yadav

As Suryakumar Yadav continues to impress the world with his extraordinary batting skills, the Indian star received special appreciation from Australian legend Brett Lee.

India last won the World Cup in 2011 and since then the Men in Blue have struggled to get their hands around the coveted trophy. Brett Lee however feels Sky, the new global T20 superstar, could be key to India's next World Cup trophy.

On his Youtube channel, the 46-year-old said, 'Not only will he score big runs but he will also someday win a World Cup for Team India' Praising his strong basics, techniques and shot selection, Lee called SKY 'a chess grandmaster'

Alongside Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav was India's backbone in the recently concluded T20 World Cup. He is also currently the 1st ranked batter in the shortest format of the game.
