India's 'Golden girl' Jyothi Surekha Vennam clinches gold in Women's Compound Archery

It's a golden hat-trick in Hangzhou.

The Archers had their eyes set on nothing but Gold in Asian Games 2023 as Asia's number 1 compound archer Jyothi Surekha Vennam clinched her 3rd Gold medal of the tournament on Saturday.

This time she beat South Korea's So Chae-won in the final of the Women's Compound individual event.The win meant that India did a clean sweep in the Compound events, winning all 5 of their contests.

India's 'golden girl' Jyothi had earlier won Gold in the Women's Team and Mixed event as well. Aditi Swami also added a Bronze in the bag earlier in the day as she finished 3rd in the same event.
