Commuters at Kempegowda International Airport will now be able to get tested for Covid-19, after Bangalore International Airport Limited set up a round-the-clock facility at the airport.

Flyers, both incoming and departing, can get the RT-PCR test done and receive results in as less as 13 minutes, BIAL said. The sample collection kiosk has been set up inside the terminal while a laboratory is situated outside.

A separate area has been demarcated, for those waiting for their test results. While results of the express test would take less than 15 mins, the regular test result will take up to 6 hours.
