The Delhi Police has arrested a DRDO scientist in connection with a blast inside Rohini court on December 9.
The police said that the scientist had allegedly planted a tiffin bomb to kill a lawyer over legal issues. They also said that scientist had confessed to making to bomb himself and planting it in courtroom number 102.

According to the police, the man was arrested based on CCTV footage and dump data. In one CCTV footage he was seen with a briefcase and in another CCTV footage he was seen without it.
