Rohan Bopanna's decision of making his calls with the All India Tennis Association secretary-general Anil Dhupar public has not been received well by the organization.

Calling it an unfortunate episode, Dhupar on Tuesday said that Bopanna's act will not be accepted and the matter will be looked into by AITA's managing committee and the ethics committee, adding that Bopanna may face disciplinary action.

After AITA's response to Bopanna's allegation of misleading players, the Tennis player released a call recording with Dhupar, wherein he is heard telling Bopanna to 'keep his fingers crossed, he might get good news of qualification the next day'

In reply, AITA too released its conversation on mail, with the International Tennis Federation seeking clarification about Bhopanna's entry into Tokyo 2020.
