It was over 40 degrees in Dubai but Kings XI Punjab's skipper KL Rahul managed to turn on the heat further as he smashed the first hundred of IPL 2020. Paying the price were the bowlers from Bangalore who failed to put up a Royal Challenge against Rahul. 132 were scored in just 69 balls as the skipper of Punjab scored at a strike rate close to 200. His innings was studded with 14 fours and 7 huge sixes as Virat Kohli and company looked clueless to contain the wicketkeeper-batsman. To rub salt in the wounds, RCB dropped Rahul twice including an attempt by skipper Virat Kohli. Interestingly, this was Rahul's 2nd IPL hundred after the first one came last year.
