Rahul Gandhi took to Twitter on Monday to put out the expectations from Union Budget 2021. Continuing to stress on the need to create job opportunities, the Congress leader said Modi government’s ninth Union Budget must support MSMEs, farmers and workers to generate employment.
Rahul also expects an increase in healthcare expenditure to save lives. In the wake of ongoing border tensions, he also put forth his expectation from the budget with respect to defence expenditure. Budget 2021 must ‘increase defence expenditure to safeguard borders’, Rahul tweeted.
