The Bombay High Court, while granting bail to Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in the cruise ship drug bust case, laid down 14 conditions. Here are some of those conditions:-
- Accused shall not indulge in similar activities as alleged against them
- The accused shall not try and contact each other
- Accused shall not try and contact anyone involved in similar activities as alleged against them
- Accused will not try to influence the witness or tamper with evidence
- Accused shall surrender their passport
- Accused shall not make any statement about the case before any media
- Accused shall not leave the country without special permission
- They will also have to seek permission to leave Greater Mumbai
- Appear before the NCB every Friday between 11am - 2pm
- Accused shall attend all court hearings and co-operate with the probe
- Accused shall not try to the delay the trial
- NCB can apply for bail cancellation if any of the terms are violated
