Putting an end to the long wait, the makers of the much-anticipated Tollywood movie 'Pushpa: The Rise' have dropped the first-look poster of actor Rashmika Mandanna’s character from the film.
Rashmika plays the female lead named Srivalli, the love interest of Allu Arjun’s character, who plays Pushparaj, a smuggler.
The first look poster shows Rashmika as a village belle who is fixing her earrings in front of a mirror.
Directed by Sukumar, the movie revolves around real-life incidents about the red sandalwood smugglers in the Seshachalam hills of the Rayalseema region in Andhra Pradesh.
The multilingual film 'Pushpa: The Rise' is scheduled to hit the big screens on Christmas this year.
'Pushpa' marks the Telugu debut of Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil who plays the antagonist in the film.
