Provident Fund set to give EPFO subscribers a bonanza as it gears to pay out the PF interest for FY'21 by November as per reports.

The Mint quoting sources in govt says government employees and pensioners should expect PF interest credit along with their dearness allowance and dearness relief hike this festive season.

The report indicated that the proposal has gone to the finance ministry’s approval on going ahead with the 8.5% interest rate for 2020-21.

EPFO has an active subscriber base of more than 60 million and every year it invests 15% of its annual accruals in equity and rest in debt instruments.
