PM's 2 top aides to stay in PMO with Cabinet ranks

The government announced on Tuesday that principal secretary Nripendra Misra and additional principal secretary Pramod Kumar Misra will continue in their positions in the Prime Minister’s Office. The two officers have been given Cabinet ranks, similar to the other top adviser to Prime Minister Narendra Modi — National Security Advisor Ajit Doval.
