Delhi:
Night curfew from 11 pm to 6 am
No gatherings allowed post 11 pm
Chennai:
Night curfew after 10 pm
All bars, roads to beach to shut at 10 pm
300 check posts to be put across the city
Mumbai:
Night curfew from 11 pm to 6 am
Section 144 to remain imposed
No parties in restaurants, pubs, bars, beaches, rooftops & boats
Bengaluru:
Night curfew order withdrawn

Rajasthan:
No parties/ firecrackers allowed
Night curfew in cities with 1 lakh population
Markets to close at 7 pm on New Year's eve

No public gatherings allowed
Odisha:
No celebrations allowed at public places
Punjab:
Night curfew from 10 pm to 5 am
Hyderabad:
No parties, gatherings allowed post 8 pm
Goa:
No midnight celebrations, church masses before 8 pm
