Amid an alarming shortage of medical oxygen in the Capital, the Delhi govt has decided to import 18 tankers of Oxygen from Bangkok.
Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal informed on Tuesday that the tankers will start arriving from Wednesday. He added that the AAP govt has requested the Centre to allow the use of Air Force planes for this.
The CM further stated that the govt is also importing 21 ready-to-use Oxygen plants from France. They can be brought to use immediately.
These will be installed at different hospitals and this will help in resolving Oxygen crisis in those hospitals, Kejriwal said.
