Dozens of families participated in a snowman festival in Russia's Kazan on Sunday, while enjoying the cold weather. Over 25 snowmen were decorated and built by children and their parents. The snowmen will stay at the Uritsky city park until the mid of January. Instead of selecting a winner at the third annual festival, organisers awarded every participant with a pair of mittens.
