'Not an easy win': Rohit Sharma on clinching first T20 win as skipper

India clinched a thriller on Wednesday as the Team with its new captain-coach duo defeated New Zealand by 5 wickets in the 3 match T20 series opener in Jaipur. Praising the team for their efforts, Rohit Sharma admitted that it wasn't an easy win. Calling it a great experience for his team, he added that with this match they'll know it is not always about power-hitting, but about what needs to be done when. 

While India was marching towards a comfortable win until the last overs when India lost 3 crucial wickets including that of Suryakumar Yadav, however, Rishabh Pant's  17 off 17 saved the day for the Men in Blue. 

Sharma who was elated with his first win also praised Suryakumar Yadav and said that he is a very important player for Team India, especially in the middle overs.
