India clinched a thriller on Wednesday as the Team with its new captain-coach duo defeated New Zealand by 5 wickets in the 3 match T20 series opener in Jaipur. Praising the team for their efforts, Rohit Sharma admitted that it wasn't an easy win. Calling it a great experience for his team, he added that with this match they'll know it is not always about power-hitting, but about what needs to be done when.

While India was marching towards a comfortable win until the last overs when India lost 3 crucial wickets including that of Suryakumar Yadav, however, Rishabh Pant's  17 off 17 saved the day for the Men in Blue.
