Musk's SpaceX selected for Jupiter Mission by NASA

A big win for Elon Musk's space exploration firm SpaceX as it was selected by NASA for a mission to Jupiter's icy moon Europa. The mission will get a detailed survey of Europa and use a sophisticated suite of science instruments to investigate whether the icy moon has conditions suitable for life as per NASA's statement. 

Europa Clipper mission, scheduled to launch in October 2024, is worth $178 million and the journey of over 630 million kilometers is expected to take more than five years.
