Mumbai Indians though turned their fortunes around as they thrashed Kings XI by 48 runs on Thursday to make it 2 wins off 4 games. Rohit Sharma made Punjab pay for their decision to bowl first as he slammed a 45-ball-70. Kieron Pollard once again fired as his unbeaten 47 off just 20 balls powered Mumbai to 191/4. Chasing which Kings XI lost their top 3 with just 60 runs on the board. Though Nicholas Pooran blasted a 27-ball-44 but Punjab could eventually manage 143/8. Courtesy the win, Mumbai has now gone at the top of the table with the best run rate amongst all the teams.
