The cops stressed that the focus of investigation is Raj Kundra since he is the main conspirator, and no summons have been sent to Shilpa Shetty yet.

The police say, Kundra allegedly sold his app ‘Hotshots’ to the UK-based company Kenrin Pvt Ltd owned by his brother-in-law Pradeep Bakshi but controlled day to day activities from Mumbai.

Kundra and his IT head Ryan Thorpe have been sent to police custody till July 23.
