Mumbai pauses vaccination drive as stocks run out

The BMC informed residents of the maximum city that due to a vaccine shortage the inoculation drive will be halted for three days. 

"Vaccination in Mumbai will be completely closed for three days from Friday, April 30, 2021 to Sunday, May 2, 2021 due to depletion of available vaccines," the civic body tweeted. 

Mumbai city reported 4,192 cases, 82 deaths, and 5,600 recoveries in the last 24 hours.
