Most Covid patients see one symptom even after 6 months: study

76% of Covid patients hospitalised with the disease in Wuhan, still had at least one symptom even 6 months after contracting Covid-19, a new study published in The Lancet has found.

The study traced 1,733 adult patients between January and May 2020. The most common symptoms ranged from muscle weakness or fatigue to sleeping difficulties.

63% of the patients reported fatigue while 26% said they had problems sleeping.The study sheds light on the importance of long term care for patients, once discharged from hospital.
