Continuing the high Covid recovery trend, India for the fifth consecutive day recorded more daily recoveries than the number of fresh cases. The change in the trend started from September 19, when India was reporting around 90,00 daily Covid-19 cases. On that date, the number of recoveries was over 95,000. Monday saw the highest jump in recoveries when over a lakh patients recovered from the virus. Close to 46 lakh patients have so far recovered from the contagion.
