Milind Soman steps out for first 10k run post Covid-19 recovery, shares tips

Actor, model and fitness enthusiast Milind Soman stepped out for his first 10,000 km run after recovering from Covid-19. Sharing the moment on Instagram, the 55-year-old posted a photo of himself running and revealed that he has been running 5-6 kms every day since he tested negative on April 5.

Not just that, the 'Four More Shots' actor also shared that he wears vibram five-finger shoes while running, as closed shoes make him feel uncomfortable.

Additionally, Milind also revealed running correctly and regularly strengthens legs and is good for the knees.
