Sushil Agarwal, a farmer in Odisha's Mayurbhanj has built an entire four-wheeled electric vehicle from scratch.

The vehicle, powered by 850 watts of motor and 100Ah/54 volts of battery, runs for approximately 300 kms after a battery charge.

The vehicle was built by Agarwal solely by watching videos online. It is powered by solar panels and everything from the motor winding to the electrical fittings were done by him at his workshop.

He hopes his vehicle comes in handy at a time when fuel prices continue to rise.
