For the first time the husbands are just issued a warning but the second time they face either a fine or a maximum five-year prison sentence for this offence, according to the law of the country.  

Concerning law enforcement, a distinct team is assigned to handle such matters. Upon receiving complaints of this kind, this team takes swift action. Furthermore, informational sessions are conducted to educate the wives about this law.
