Alcohol makes us tipsy, do weird things and then comes the hangover. However, alcohol doesn't affect the instinct of women. According to a research, women can spot narcissists and psychopaths even when they are drunk.
The research led by Dr Gayle Brewer of University of Liverpool found that alcohol doesn't impact women's ability to spot a machiavellian or a narcissistic person.
The research was conducted on 96 women aged 18-26. They were shown photographs of men whose faces were manipulated to show a high level of dark triad traits. The researchers fed the women vodka and lemonade and even after that, their instinct to spot narcissists was working fine.
