There are several myths on the internet about sexuality and sexual orientation. Amidst this, a recent term 'Fluidity' has emerged which has simplified meaning for people who feel confused about their sexual orientations towards other gender.

What is sexual fluidity?

Sexual fluidity is when a person feels that their sexual orientation is not permanently fixed.

Sexual fluidity is not just restricted to changes in sexual orientation but has to do with multiple aspects of sexuality like sexual behaviour and sexual identity. 

To put it in other words, it means to have one or more changes in sexuality or sexual identity.
