Published in the journal Healthcare, Brazilian researchers found that teenagers who spend more than three hours a day looking at the screens suffer from back pain and other posture issues.
The study focused on thoracic spine pain (TSP) and during the research, experts surveyed 14- to 18-year-old male and female students.
The findings suggested that girls reported TSP more than boys. Out of 1,628 participants, around 38.4 per cent suffered from back pain.
