If rumours are to be believed, Bollywood actor Taapsee Pannu is all set to tie the knot in March and we are super excited to see the Thappad actor as a bride. The diva will get married to longtime boyfriend Mathias Boe, according to reports. The duo has been dating for the past 10 years.

Let us learn more about the actor's fitness routine, diet, and how she keeps so fit!

Taapsee Pannu's fitness routine

Taapsee Pannu begins her day with cardio. She does repetitive sets of jumping jacks, squat jumps, lunges, and burpees. She also does 30-40 minutes of consistent running or cycling to build stamina. 

The diva also undergoes weight training to build strength. Be it leg day or working on her back, Taapsee's fitness routine is highly inspirational. Taapsee also believes in practicing yoga every day and enjoys stretching.

The diva works out 6 days a week and ensures to have the least cheat days as possible.

Taapsee Pannu's diet

During one of her previous interviews, Taapsee had revealed that she followed a strict diet plan to get an athlthe's body. As per the diet plan, the Thappad actor began her day with sweet potatoes, eggs and jowar roti.

For lunch, Taapsee had a bowl of curd and some vegetables along with rice. For dinner, she had organic meat and fish, along with jowar or barley. The diva also has a fat-burning drink every morning. It consists of raw- unfiltered apple cider vinegar with fenugreek, turmeric, and ginger.

The Dunki actor makes sure to get 7-9 hours of sleep every night and takes proper rest in between shoots.
