Well, here's some good news. Recently, nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar shared benefits of a post-lunch nap and the best time and position for it.

According to her an afternoon nap improves heart health and is best for people with high BP and those dealing with heart health. It improves hormonal balance, digestion, sleep cycle and fat loss.

She suggests that the right time for an afternoon nap is after lunch, in the foetal position on your left side for around 10-30 minutes between 1-3 pm.
