The New Year is knocking at the doors and party preps and celebrations are on. But the thought of going to work the next day gives us jitters and makes us anxious. Don't worry, we've got you covered with these post-party tips.

Drink plenty of water

Par̥tying means bingeing on junks and more or less gulping down your favourite drinks, making your body dehydrated. So, drink plenty of water the next day after the party to flush out those extra toxins.

Keep Amla – Ajjwain (Indian gooseberry and carom seeds) with you

Alcohol, lack of sleep, fatigue can sometimes cause dizziness and nausea. Keep some amla or ajjwain with you to keep those away.

Have lighter meals

Try to eat as light as possible after the party. Soups, fruits and simple home cooked dal and rice are great options to save yourself from indigestion or hangover.
