In winter season most of us are likely to suffer from seasonal flu, sore throat or bloating.
Recently, an Ayurveda expert Dr. Dixa Bhavsar posted a video on Instagram sharing numerous health benefits of drinking dry ginger water during winter season.
This drink helps improve digestion, manage weight, improves immunity and reduces bloating/gas.
Heat 1 litre water and add half a teaspoon of ginger powder in it. You can also add a bit of crushed cardamom to it. Boil it till it reduces to 750 ml and sip throughout the day.
