John Abraham’s no sugar fitness regime 

Alyy Khan along with his wife Chandni spoke about John Abraham’s fitness regime and said, “The reason he can take off his shirt at this age is because he hasn’t tasted sugar in 25 years.” Besides, the actor is also known for his conscious food choices. John has been a longtime advocate for vegetarianism and follows a disciplines vegetarian diet himself.

Health benefits of removing or reducing sugar from diet 

  1. Consuming sugar causes a constant craving for more sugar and leads to weight gain. On the other hand, quitting sugar helps in losing unwanted weight.
